Опыт работы, навыки, должностные обязанности: A leading US-owned company in the wine and spirits business has an opening for the position of Brand Ambassador/ Area Manager Responsibilities: Brand Knowledge To have a solid understanding of the Company’s products, including history and heritage, competitive set, target market, brand essence, Brand Plans and strategic direction. BrandBuilding To identify additional brand building opportunities within territory, that are in line with the above. To agree action with the Company’s GM and Brand Managers and execute activity in order to achieve maximum impact and exposure. To have an understanding of and respect for the entire Company’s portfolio of brands and to support and protect all brands internally and externally. Brand Ambassador To take on additional brand responsibilities/ initiatives agreed with Company’s GM and Brand Managers. To work closely with the respective brand team on the initiatives to grow exposure to the brand and marketing experience. Market Knowledge To maintain an up to date knowledge of respective territories and sectors, including key contacts and decision makers, competitor brands & plans, customers’ strategy, pricing, logistics, NPD, competition etc. To Ensure correct, up to date and relevant information is communicated through appropriate facets of BF to be used to support our brand growth. To always remain firmly in touch with the dynamics of the marketplace. RelationshipBuilding To understand the internal structure of the Company. To have knowledge of the different departments, roles and capacities. To treat one another with integrity and respect. Through gaining Market Knowledge, to continually strengthen key relationships for the Company within trade. Teamwork To coach one another on new learning’s and best practise, whilst always maintaining respect and integrity. To encourage and celebrate success. On Trade To work closely with Sales Managers on territory. To understand the core objectives for the Company’s brands within the region and how these will be delivered. To regularly review the Company’s objectives and address additional regional opportunities. To ensure a clear understanding of, and show respect to one another’s positions and objectives. To work together to ensure maximum effectiveness of all Company’s brand activity. This will encompass: Weekly Meetings with territory managers. Regular Team Meeting Attendance/ Presentation where appropriate. Team Training sessions on the Company’s Brands where identified with territory managers and brand managers. Regular Field Visits with Company’s managers, brand managers, etc. Leadership of key brand initiatives. Sharing of Best Practise. Highlighting key buyers/ movers and shakers within territory. Days and Nights in field supporting/building key relationships. Leading by example. Off Trade To work closely with a specified Company’s responsible for specific key off trade accounts, as agreed by the Company’s GM and Brand Managers. To gain an understanding of the account and add value through training and expert brand knowledge. To gain exposure and understanding of this category through communication and attendance of relevant meetings. Communication To ensure that the Company’s GM along with all relevant departments are informed on a timely basis of any significant changes on respective territory, such as key account or competitor activity or changes in sales force members. To ensure clear lines of communication exist between the Company’s marketing, trade marketing, and field sales team. To submit regular territory updates to Company’s GM in an agreed format. To present updates of territory and brand initiatives at Sales Team Meetings and Company’s  meetings. To hold monthly meetings on territory with territory managers to review brand opportunities, sales force changes, key account, competitive and promotional activity and additional Brand initiatives. To present at team meetings where relevant. To communicate with key wholesale, national account and Trade marketing where appropriate. Training To assist in training both internal Sales personnel on each Company’s brand and assist sales force with providing up to date brand knowledge to key external customers. Christmas To work with all Company’s brands to achieve the agreed objectives for the critical Christmas period. Requirements: Experience with international company. Experience in HoReCa is OBLIGATORY. University degree. Fluent English. Experience in the international beverage or consumer goods industry is preffered. Able to plan and effectively execute BTL activities in on trade. Good communications and presentations skills. Compensation: 46.000 RUB (gross) + 20% bonus + medical insurance + 18.000 RUB car compensation .
